I found this Kelo-Cote Advanced Formula Scar Gel product by luck in a newspaper article. I've now been using it for about 45 days for an old scar on my face, and there is clearly a visible improvement. I have a lot of acne scarring on my face and have used mederma. Unfortunately it (the mederma) did not really help.

I gave Kelo-cote a try and I can already see a bit of a difference! It does make the scar look shiny all day after applying it, but the results are well worth dealing with that small issue!
