I found this Kelo-Cote Advanced Formula Scar Gel product by luck in a newspaper article. I've now been using it for about 45 days for an old scar on my face, and there is clearly a visible improvement. I have a lot of acne scarring on my face and have used mederma. Unfortunately it (the mederma) did not really help.

I gave Kelo-cote a try and I can already see a bit of a difference! It does make the scar look shiny all day after applying it, but the results are well worth dealing with that small issue! It hasn't completely vanished yet, but I'm confident that it will be rarly visible after using the gel for 3 months.

Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry. Apply Kelo-cote to the area as a very thin coat and allow to dry. Apply Kelo-cote twice daily. Once dry, can be covered with cosmetics or sunscreen. Recommended duration of treatment 60-90 days.

I began the Kelo-Cote Advanced Formula Scar Gel approximately 5 weeks ago, and I am amazed at the progress, to say the least. My scars are not at all as flat as I would like them to be (but that is normal with the time frame)...but they have definitely become smaller. 1 of them has already turned white, and the other 2 are almost there. When I put make-up on, they are not noticeable at all.

The only negative is that it is a bit sticky and doesn't seem to dry very quickly. Perhaps I use too much. I did hours of researching which scar treatment to use, and am very happy with this Kelo-Cote Advanced Formula Scar Gel vs the Mederma! Also, a very little bit of this goes a LONG way!
